As the Director of Supply Chain Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational efficiency and enhancing our supply chain capabilities. You will lead a dynamic team in executing strategic initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive cost savings and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency
- Lead procurement activities and vendor management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving impactful results
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
