Are you passionate about enhancing cultural wellbeing through therapeutic practices?
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cultural Wellbeing Facilitator at the Regional Chamber of Music Therapists of Centre-Val de Loire. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative programs that promote cultural diversity and inclusivity through the power of music therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate culturally sensitive music therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate music therapy into treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapeutic interventions based on cultural backgrounds.
- Organize cultural events and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of diverse traditions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of cultural wellbeing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Certification as a Music Therapist preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for promoting cultural diversity and wellness.
