Your Role:
- Champion cultural diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Develop and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace
- Lead safety training programs and emergency preparedness drills
- Collaborate with departments to enforce safety guidelines
- Promote a healthy work culture that values well-being and inclusivity
