Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of our plants and facilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly
- Enforce nursery rules and regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement if necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience in security, military, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations calmly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of plant care is a plus
