Position: Sustainability Innovator
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join Shake Shack as a Sustainability Innovator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices within our company, focusing on environmental protection, resource conservation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and implement innovative agricultural solutions to reduce our carbon footprint
- Collaborate with local farmers and suppliers to promote sustainable sourcing practices
- Evaluate and improve waste management systems to enhance sustainability
