Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a comprehensive rewards and recognition program for employees
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rewards programs with company goals
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of rewards programs and make recommendations for enhancements
