Position: Wilderness Experience Specialist
Location: Southern Highlands, Iceland

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional manner to promote and sell outdoor adventure packages
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Assist in organizing and coordinating outdoor excursions and activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience from booking to completion
- Act as a brand ambassador for Highland Adventures, upholding our reputation for excellence
Requirements:
- Passion for the outdoors and outdoor activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
