Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support cases and legal proceedings
Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Preparing legal opinions and advising on legal matters
Participating in meetings, negotiations, and court hearings as required
Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

LLB degree from a recognized university
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role
Strong knowledge of Kenyan laws and regulations
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
