Job Description:
- Collaborate with artistic directors to develop creative concepts for theater productions
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with set designers, costume designers, and performers to bring productions to life
- Oversee production budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Coordinate promotion and marketing activities for all theater events
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during productions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Theater, or related field
- Previous experience in theater production or event coordination
- Strong creative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
