Position: International Guest Experience Specialist

Location: Northern District, Israel

About the Role

As an International Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. You will be responsible for:

Developing tailored recommendations for our guests to enhance their dining experience
Collaborating with our culinary team to create innovative menu items
Designing and executing unique guest events and promotions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests
Providing training and guidance to the service team

Requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, including restaurant or hotel management
Passion for enhancing guest experiences through exceptional service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with international cuisines and culinary trends
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
