Job Description:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of sustainable practices within our hospitality operations.
- Collaborate with local suppliers to source eco-friendly and organic products for our culinary delights.
- Create and maintain green initiatives aimed at reducing carbon footprint and waste generation.
- Train and educate staff on environmentally responsible practices and encourage active participation in sustainability efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental ethics.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices and a genuine passion for promoting green initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams towards a common environmental goal.
