Connecticut Green Building Council is seeking a talented individual to join our team in driving sustainable initiatives within our organization. As a leader in sustainable practices in Connecticut, we are dedicated to promoting environmentally friendly practices in the built environment.

We are currently looking for a:

Environmental Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments
  • Develop and implement environmental policies
  • Monitor and report on sustainability initiatives
  • Collaborate with project teams on green building practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Experience in environmental compliance within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with green building practices and certifications
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
