Responsibilities:

Oversee the management of all facilities within the Orange River Cellars premises
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of all physical assets
Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, renovations, and construction projects
Monitor and report on the condition of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Manage budgets and resources efficiently to support facility maintenance activities

Requirements:

Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and attention to detail
