We are looking for a Visionary Stage Curator to join the dynamic team at Husavik Community Theater Group!
Job Title: Visionary Stage Curator
Location: Northeastern Region, Iceland
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design captivating stage setups that enhance overall audience experience
- Collaborate with directors, set designers, and other team members to bring artistic visions to life
- Stay updated on emerging trends in stage design and incorporate innovative ideas into productions
- Manage stage production budgets and ensure timely project completion
- Oversee the implementation of lighting, sound, and visual elements for each performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stage design, preferably in a theater environment
- Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for the arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality performances
