Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top external talent to contribute to our growing organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department heads to assess hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
Utilize social media and other platforms to attract candidates
Conduct interviews and assessments
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and regulations
