Responsibilities:

- Evaluate candidates based on their potential to contribute to our sustainability goals and culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements while integrating sustainable hiring practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of programs that promote diversity, equality, and inclusivity within our recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a background in sustainability, environmental studies, or related fields.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
