As an Excursion Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable experiences for our patients and visitors. Your role involves organizing and coordinating tours, excursions, and activities within the hospital premises, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and execute exciting excursions and tours that cater to diverse interests and preferences.
Collaborate with internal departments to create engaging experiences that promote wellness and relaxation.
Manage logistical aspects of excursions, including transportation, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all excursions.
Collect feedback and continuously improve excursion programs based on insights and suggestions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Prior experience in event coordination, tourism, or hospitality.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering a positive environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
