Cultural Conservation Specialist

We at Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Cultural Conservation Specialist. As a Cultural Conservation Specialist at MOCA, you will play a pivotal role in preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Chinese community in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and maintain exhibits showcasing Chinese culture and history
Implement preservation techniques to protect valuable artifacts
Engage with visitors to educate them on Chinese heritage
Collaborate with community partners to expand cultural outreach

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or related field
Experience in cultural preservation and conservation preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting diversity and cultural understanding
