Hello and welcome to Glacier National Park Conservancy - a hub of wilderness exploration! We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Wilderness Experience Facilitator. As an essential part of our organization nestled in the heart of Montana, you will be responsible for orchestrating unforgettable experiences that connect our visitors to the beauty and serenity of Glacier National Park.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead guided excursions through the park's stunning landscapes, fostering a sense of adventure and discovery
Foster a deep appreciation for the park's ecological diversity and importance
Conduct outdoor educational programs tailored to various age groups and interests
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during excursions
Collaborate with the park's conservation efforts and contribute to its sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

Passion for the outdoors and a strong appreciation for environmental conservation
Demonstrated experience in leading outdoor activities or educational programs
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Certification in wilderness first aid and CPR is preferred
