Job Description:

Design and implement customized performance enhancement programs for our clients
Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize athletic performance and well-being
Collaborate with clients to set and achieve fitness goals
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to drive improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Work closely with a diverse range of individuals to enhance their overall performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Certification as a performance enhancement specialist (e.g., NASM-PES, NSCA-CPT)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness and performance goals
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
