Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development of our real estate portfolio in Pennsylvania, ensuring the successful planning and execution of construction projects related to our energy operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the identification and evaluation of potential real estate opportunities
Manage all aspects of the real estate development process, from site selection to project completion
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with business objectives
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, and partners
Monitor market trends and make recommendations for future development initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field
Proven experience in real estate development, construction project management, or related field
