As a Rewards Program Specialist at Jura Outdoor Gear Co., you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and sales through the development and management of our rewards and incentives programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement creative and effective rewards programs to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for program improvement and optimization
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of rewards programs with business objectives
Monitor and evaluate the performance of rewards programs, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of customer behavior and sales metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
