Highland Wilderness Survival School is seeking individuals passionate about the great outdoors to join our team as Expedition Specialists. Dive into the heart of Iceland's Western Highlands and guide adventurers through challenging terrains, immersive experiences, and unforgettable journeys. As an Expedition Specialist, your role will involve:

Leading groups on wilderness expeditions, survival training, and outdoor activities
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of all participants
Sharing expertise on outdoor skills, survival techniques, and natural history
Creating engaging and educational experiences for diverse groups of participants
Working closely with our team to enhance our programs and offerings

Qualifications:

Passion for the outdoors and wilderness survival
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Previous experience in outdoor guiding, survival training, or a related field
Certifications in first aid, wilderness safety, or outdoor leadership (preferred)
