Your Role:
As the Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager at Koivisto Group Oy, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by attracting top talent. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
