Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Passion for building high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
