Talent Engagement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including interviewing and assessing candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Conduct training sessions to enhance hiring manager capabilities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously, but also collaborate effectively within a team
