Position: Structural Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop efficient and innovative structural designs
Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with regulations
Review building plans and specifications to provide technical expertise
Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress
Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in structural design software and analysis tools
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Prior experience in structural design and construction projects is preferred
