Position Available: Adventure Experience Specialist

We are looking for an Adventure Experience Specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding our customers in making the most of their outdoor adventures, and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience with us.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right outdoor gear and equipment for their adventure needs
Lead outdoor excursions and provide expert guidance on hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of customers during all adventures
Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers of all backgrounds
Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and effective communication

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities and a strong understanding of outdoor gear
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
Fluency in English and French is preferred
