Your Role and Impact

As a Community Engagement Manager at Klepierre, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall health and well-being strategy of our shopping centers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance community engagement, promoting programs that inspire people to adopt healthier lifestyles.
Program Development: Design innovative wellness programs, events, and workshops to foster an interactive atmosphere that encourages community participation.
Partnership Building: Collaborate with local sports organizations, fitness experts, and wellness influencers to create co-branded programs that align with our initiatives.
Marketing Implementation: Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that highlight our community-oriented health initiatives across various media platforms.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Measure the impact of implemented programs using KPIs and feedback mechanisms, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, wellness program management, or public relations.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams, managing projects from conception to execution.
