Key Responsibilities:

Organize and lead outdoor recreational activities to promote health and wellness
Develop and implement engaging adventure programs tailored for diverse audiences
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities
Maintain equipment and resources for outdoor adventures
Collaborate with the team to create memorable and impactful experiences

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in organizing recreational events or group activities
Knowledge of safety procedures and risk management in outdoor settings
