Your Role

As an Experience Curator, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing engaging and impactful experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. Your passion for culture and exploration will be essential in crafting unique programs that blend history, nature, and contemporary life. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including local businesses, cultural institutions, and academic departments, to create memorable experiences that highlight the richness of our surroundings.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Design: Develop innovative programs and experiences that cater to various demographics, including students, faculty, and international visitors.
Collaboration: Work closely with local businesses, artists, and cultural institutions to curate diverse experiences that reflect the local culture.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends and interests within the community to continuously adapt and improve our offerings.
Event Planning: Organize and manage events, workshops, and excursions, ensuring every detail aligns with our mission of enhancing exploration and engagement.
Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials that attract participants and effectively communicate the unique aspects of each experience.
Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze participant feedback to improve future experiences and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Cultural Studies, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning, cultural programming, or experience design is preferred.
Strong understanding of local culture, attractions, and history.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts.
Proficiency in project management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or other languages is a plus.
