We are currently seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of Cultural Experience Coordinator, responsible for curating immersive experiences that showcase the rich heritage and traditions of our region.
As a Cultural Experience Coordinator at Golden Olive Orchards, you will have the opportunity to design and organize unique experiences that provide visitors with a deeper understanding of Calabria's history, cuisine, and way of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cultural programs and activities that promote local heritage
- Coordinate guided tours of our olive orchards, sharing insights into olive oil production
- Organize traditional culinary workshops and tastings
- Collaborate with local artisans to offer hands-on craft experiences
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized interactions
Requirements:
- Passion for cultural heritage and sustainable tourism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in event planning or cultural tourism is preferred
