Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Client Support: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and gather competitive intelligence that can inform our strategic direction. Utilize insights to help shape customer engagement strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align customer engagement initiatives with our larger organizational goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer data and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
