Rakiura Healing Center, nestled in the pristine surroundings of Stewart Island, New Zealand, is on a mission to integrate sustainability practices in all aspects of its operations. We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sustainability Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to implement and promote sustainable practices
- Research and recommend environmentally-friendly products for our boutique
- Enhance the customer experience through eco-conscious initiatives
- Monitor and analyze the impact of sustainability efforts
- Assist in organizing community outreach programs focused on environmental awareness
Requirements:
- Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of retail operations and sales principles
- Previous experience in sustainable retail practices is a plus
