Position: Community Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community outreach programs that promote creativity and artistic expression
Collaborate with local schools, organizations, and artists to create engaging art projects
Organize events and workshops to connect with the community and raise awareness about the importance of art in education
Evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives on the community and make recommendations for improvement
Support initiatives that promote sustainability and environmental stewardship through art and design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in community engagement, event planning, or program development
Passion for art, design, and social responsibility
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
