Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being proactive, friendly, and understanding.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
