Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and desired skills for each position.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to reach potential candidates.
Build strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the HR team to enhance recruitment practices and maintain a high level of candidate engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
