Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in mountainous terrain
In-depth knowledge of sustainable construction practices and materials
Passion for innovation and a keen eye for design aesthetics
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
