We Are Hiring: Community Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee community outreach programs and events
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations
Create innovative strategies to promote community engagement and involvement
Collaborate with volunteers and team members to develop impactful community initiatives
Evaluate and report on the success of community engagement efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in event planning, project management, or community engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
Possess a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
Passion for community development and making a positive impact
