Coordinate international tours, workshops, and cultural exchanges to promote cross-cultural understanding
Manage relationships with international stakeholders and artists
Identify new opportunities for global outreach and expansion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations, Arts Management, or related field
Proven experience in international cultural exchange programs or global partnerships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Fluency in multiple languages preferred
