We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to further strengthen our workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, career fairs, and networking events
- Utilize various sourcing channels to build a diverse candidate pipeline
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and compile reports for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a non-profit organization
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
