As an Employee Relations Specialist at United States Cold Storage, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that promote positive employee relations, developing strategies for employee engagement, and handling employee concerns and grievances.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing employee relations programs and initiatives
Investigating and resolving workplace issues and conflicts
Providing guidance to management on employee relations matters
Conducting exit interviews and identifying trends to improve employee retention
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a positive work culture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in employee relations or a related HR role
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
