We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity at Costco's Washington location for a Senior Compliance Analyst. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company maintains the highest level of integrity and adherence to regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of internal processes to identify and address compliance issues
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across all departments
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
