In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance within our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain a culture of compliance that reflects our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting compliance assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement
Developing and implementing compliance training programs for staff
Providing guidance on legal matters and regulatory requirements
Investigating potential compliance issues and recommending solutions
Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role
Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations
