Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs
- Create job descriptions and post openings on various platforms
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate and conduct job fairs and recruitment events
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
