We are looking for creative and dedicated individuals to join the Palermo Community Theater Group!
Are you passionate about the arts and community engagement? Do you have a talent for organizing events and managing projects that bring people together?
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Community Arts Coordinator to help us plan and execute a variety of cultural programs and performances for the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise community theater productions, workshops, and events
- Collaborate with artists, volunteers, and community organizations
- Develop and implement fundraising initiatives to support our programs
- Manage marketing and promotional activities to increase community engagement
- Administer budgets and ensure financial accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration, Theater, or related field
- Previous experience in event planning, community outreach, or arts management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for promoting cultural diversity and artistic expression
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
