Position Overview:
As a Multicultural Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our services through a multicultural lens. Your primary role will involve fostering diversity and inclusion within our programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multicultural programs and services
- Provide cultural competency training to staff and stakeholders
- Collaborate with community organizations to promote diversity and inclusion
- Assess and address the needs of multicultural youth
- Promote cross-cultural understanding and communication
Qualifications:
- Background in social work, education, or related field
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong intercultural communication skills
