- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Compile and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work closely with the team to optimize customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
