Job Description:
- Actively source, recruit, and interview potential candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and craft suitable job descriptions
- Organize and attend recruitment events to attract high-quality candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
