Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various roles within our organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize innovative methods to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Passion for dance and the arts is a plus
